Payal Desai is a visionary leader with two decades of experience in scaling operations, building high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth across global firms. Her career gave her firsthand exposure to the challenges of building a workforce in India, complex labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance that often slow down business expansion.

Having set up multiple business practices from the ground up and expanded a global client base, she recognized the need for a solution that removes these barriers and enables faster, more confident access to India's talent pool.

Payal co-founded Acceler8 GLOBAL with a clear and powerful mission: to empower global businesses to thrive in India. Under her leadership, the company serves as more than just a service provider; it acts as a strategic partner. Payal's vision is to handle the intricate legal and administrative responsibilities of employment, allowing clients to focus on what they do best, driving innovation, and managing their teams to success.
